A Project Manager Each of our projects, whether commercial or residential, is overseen by a project manager and reviewed daily by the general manager.  A project manager is the point of contact for the customer and will make sure that a job is done promptly, completely, and accurately.  He or she is in constant contact with both the client and the installation crew and reviews all materials pertaining to the project. Since RBM has been involved with projects of various sizes and types for several decades, our staff is familiar with the needs of different customers.

Stability and Reassurance Our organization has been in business for many years and we plan to continue that way.  We believe that not only do we have a job to accomplish but that we are an integral part of this area.  Not only are we responsible for providing quality installation and service, we are responsible for providing employment for over eighty residents of this state.  We feel that we have an obligation to help the communities in the area grow.  Our commitment in this arena can be witnessed by the efforts of our staff.  Not only do we provide financial support to numerous charitable organizations, we allow time for our employees to participate in programs that need our support.  This is demonstrated by our involvement in the St. Albans Rotary Club, our involvement as one secondary school's president of the Local School Improvement Council (LSIC), and as a member of one high school's technology team.

Full Time Sheet Metal Fabrication Shop to customize products for your home or facility We offer our customers, both residential and commercial, a full time sheet metal fabrication shop housed with state of the art equipment including 10 foot reducing shears, 10 foot hydraulic benders and lock formers along with the Vulcan 2900 plasma table, as pictured to the left, which enables us to perform efficient duct design for different applications.
